Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If you inform us two weeks prior to the commencement of the training that you, or your representative are unable to attend then this agreement will be terminated without incurring any cost.
If you inform us between three whole days before the commencement of the training up to two weeks that you or your representative will be unable to attend then we reserve the right to invoice you for 50% of the agreed value.
If you inform us less than three whole days before the commencement of the training or you fail to inform us that you or your representative will be unable to attend then we reserve the right to invoice you for 100% of the agreed value.
Refund Policy:
If it becomes necessary for Train To Safety to cancel the course/event, and if payment has been secured, then Train To Safety will issue a full refund to you/or your company within two weeks of cancellation.
