We all need a comprehensive fire risk assessment. Following the Grenfell Tower fire disaster there has been a greater focus on the viability of our assessments. Have you reviewed yours recently? Has it mentioned DSEAR and state ‘Normal risk’? What does that actually mean? The course will look again at what really makes a ‘good’ assessment of the fire risk.
